Extra curricular activities are important in any form! With campus limitations, however, HKM is not readily able to participate in traditional school sports leagues. This is why we are proud to soon offer e-sports as an option for our haumāna!

 

Though not a new concept, many ohana may be new to the world of e-sports and may be wondering what exactly it entails. Is it simply playing videogames with other students? What kinds of competitions do student players participate in and is it safe?

E-sports have teams and play games like traditional sports, except the games are online and can range from a variety of genres and titles. Gameplay and competitions are generally safe environments as student players compete both with each other and with teams from other schools who have staff moderators like ourselves.
